THANKFUL THURSDAY

I am sitting here home alone and thought,

"hmmm, I'll just go ahead and draft my Thankful Thursday post early, so I'll be sure to get it posted in the morning."

Then, I looked back at last week's,

I am thankful that. . .

1. God answers prayers and heals us in more ways than one!

2. God's Word is full of encouraging scripture!

3. God created the seasons!

4. Spring Break means getting some needed rest, relaxation and great family time!

5. Our daughter has chosen to come home for Spring Break!

and thought,

"hmmm, I'm still thankful for those same things. I've got to change it up some!"

So, this week,

I am thankful that. . .

1. God did heal me of the physical pains that I was having last week!

2. I am continuing to learn to be better at commiting God's Word to memory.

3. It really is Spring!

4. This week truly has been very restful, relaxing, full of great family time AND

somewhat productive!

5. We have enjoyed every minute with Kalyn!
I am also so glad that I read Laurie's Thankful Thursday post before posting this. Yes, I am so thankful for this scripture verse
COLOSSIANS 3:12
" Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience."
that tells us how to clothe ourselves daily.
I'm also thankful for
Proverbs 31:25
"She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come."
I am joining with Greg C. over at Greg's General Store today for Thankful Thursday, and also Laurie at Women Taking a Stand. What are you thankful for? To see more thankful Thursday posts please click HERE
