Today, I am drawn back to Psalm 5. I had made verse 3 my commitment verse for this year. This past week, I did read my Bible but I didn't always slow down or get up early enough to take the time in the morning like I need to.
Psalm 5:3, 11-12NIV
In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.
. . .
But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy, Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in You. For surely, O Lord, You bless the righteous; you surround them with Your favor as with a shield.
Beautiful scripture. So powerful all by itself. Loved your Friday post too. I'm sure that pleases the Lord...giving honor and position to your husband. We definitely don't see enough of that in today's world. Blessings to you:)
