1st and 15th Scripture Memory 2011

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
James 5:16NIV

I would love to read the scripture you are focusing on at this time!

  1. Oh, I just LOVE this scripture...how many times do we keep those confessions to ourselves out of pride, embarrassment or whatever...when are we going to learn that out of those confessions, God heals us of our sins...so beautiful!!

  2. 1 Cor 10:23 (NKJV)

All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify.

  3. Sandy - I need a "button" for the 1st/15th verses, how do I get one?

My focus is on holiness. My first verse was I Peter 1:15-16 "Be Ye Holy as I am holy."

    This is my second verse:
    1 Samuel 2:2
“No one is holy like the LORD,
For there is none besides You,
Nor is there any rock like our God.

    Bless you,
    Jan
