"Life is Loss, Love & Legacy."

Yesterday was my 47th birthday. I spent it at the Memorial Service for my sister in-law's Dad, who was truly a very special man, who loved the Lord, and his family, and was honored very well by many grown men who he coached on a 1966 National Championship team, and also by his son and his son in-law, my brother. He was actually my sister-in-law's step dad, but she lost her dad in a coal mining accident when she was 5, so this special man was her dad for the past 30 years. I also enjoyed the day, getting lots of loving from my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter.
I treated my self earlier in the week by buying Kelly Minter's CD, Loss, Love & Legacy. I have enjoyed listening to the whole CD over and over. I especially like the song Loss, Love & Legacy. Life truly is just that! We all experience loss of some kind. Hopefully, we all experience true love, God's love, and hopefully we all desire to leave a lasting Legacy, pointing others to God.

  6. Isn't God faithful? In times of loss and sadness He provides us with His Word and the opportunity to communicate with other believer's who hunger for the Word. The Bible Study group sounds awesome. Be comforted and know His peace.
