ReplyDeletethanks so much for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comments. Yes, Jesus Calling is just a wonderful lil book, as the saying goes "great things come in small packages" would certainly fit the description of this book. I have heard about the children rendition but not seen them yet.
Great verses there from Romans, one of my fav verses is in Romans....am sure you are quite familiar with it probably.....Romans 8:28 For God works all things together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purposes. That has been a constant in our home for years now. Then while my husband was laid off from work for 13 months, it was in Matthew 6:24, I think it is "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you", so that was our focus and God sure kept his end of the bargain in amazing ways. Hubby just went back to work the middle of June, and
it seems like now he is teaching us more about praying without ceasing..........God is good,
all the time.
So great to meet you hear in blogland, hope you are having a terrific Summer with all your kiddles. We always loved summers around here when my children were young, they are all grown up now........
